The ITBP mug is of excellent quality and arrived safely, well-packaged for delivery. However, the cost is slightly on the higher side. If the price could be adjusted, this product would likely reach a much broader audience.
overall product is fine , but as a First customer I was expecting some discount, and find it expensive
